Scissors earning the Ergonomix® brand feature soft thermoplastic handles, a custom fit, durable stainless steel blades, and the sharpest cutting edges. Soft, ergonomic handles reduce stress and fatigue cushioning your hands giving you maximum comfort while cutting. Quality steel provides extra-long edge life and a smooth cut.

Poultry or meat processing scissors are honed on both blades and include a unique serial number with 2-D data code. Honing the cutting edges allows the shear to slide cut with ease and reduces hand pressure by approximately 40%. The serial number and code improve inventory control and traceability.
