The ERGODUO 10" Breaking Knife is an innovation in sharpness. It has double injection-molded handles with polypropylene and Dryflex TPU, providing a safe and non-slip ergonomic handle. The joint between the handle and blade is seamless to prevent bacterial growth, while the large hook on the handle protects the fingers against slipping. The blade is highly polished for smooth cutting.
